This summer seems to have gone so fast! I am starting to get my mind in the back to school mode but it is a slow go! In thinking of the kids going back to school I started thinking about lunches and healthy snacks. I thought I would write a list of after school snacks for easy planning!
THIS LIST BY NO MEANS FOLLOWS A CERTAIN ADHD DIET. This is a list of random ideas only! I am not a dietitian or a doctor. These may or may not be for you and your family. Use at your own discretion for your family! If you have a teen like I do you may need to adjust amounts or add a few items together to fill them up!
Apple-cheese wraps by Applegate
Popcorn with Nutritional Yeast
