Coaching is a partnership that invites you to fully explore, learn and reach clarity by listening and asking insightful questions to move you towards a desired action. This occurs through clarifying goals and intentions, increasing your awareness of thoughts and feelings, filtering through beliefs that may or may not be serving you well, and identifying steps to take action to reach your goals.
Coaching is a safe place free of judgement where you can feel supported as you move toward new growth or goals. A Coach holds you accountable to be true to yourself in creating the life you want to lead.
The coaching sessions will feel very conversational as we explore what you want to work on. Each session will generally follow these steps:
Check in on your progress
Establish the focus for our session today
Explore options and possibilities
Create an action plan and address any obstacles
Develop accountability structures and confirm commitment
Recap, identify new perspectives, and connect to long-term goals/vision
My job is to help you clarify what you want (learn what’s important to you and what your strengths, values, and passions are), stay on target and in action to quickly reach your goals, and often help you see what else is possible as you reach those first goals and come to appreciate yourself more.

If you have something you want to change or improve, are willing to put the time and effort into creating change and are willing to work in partnership with a coach then coaching is right for you!
An ADD coach works from an understanding of how ADHD shows up and impacts each person differently and coaches from that framework
Your coach is educated about ADHD, its traits and symptoms, and common accompanying challenges
Your coach is also trained in specific tools, strategies, and systems designed to support someone with ADHD
Your coach can and may serve as an educator to help you understand how ADD is impacting your life
I work with parents or individual parents in restoring balance in the home. We devise effective organizational tools to keep track of all the family members’ schedules, meals and chores. We focus on how to communicate with an ADD child and what that child might be going through. We formulate what kind of skills your child needs to develop and how you can help. We focus on goals, routines and strategies to help restore the harmony in your home.
